BOOKING

  • When you send in a Rally Booking Form it must be accompanied by the full and correct payment due.

  • Cheques should be make payable to the 'Caravan Club South London Centre'.

  • Payment can be made by BACS into the SLC bank account: 

                   Sort Code:  20-25-42

                   Account No.  90240869  (Please use the rally venue and your surname as a payment reference)

  • In principle, if you have not presented a payment for the rally you should not assume or consider you have made a booking.

  • Please note that Members who are booked in and fail to attend a rally will be subject to the SLC Booking Terms and Conditions shown below.

  • Book early whenever possible as this helps the Marshals make appropriate arrangements for the correct number of ralliers.

SLC RALLY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

    1)  All rally deposits are non-refundable.

    2)  If you cancel a rally due to ill-health or bereavement the Rally Marshal will refer to the Centre Committee who will                           consider a full refund.  This will be the Centre Committee's discretion.

    3)  Any cancellation up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the rally will be reimbursed at 50%, less any costs incurred.

     

    4)  Any cancellation up to 1 week (7 days) prior to the rally will be at the Centre Committee's discretion and less any costs                   incurred.     

    5)  Any rally cancelled less that 1 week (7 days) before the rally will not be refunded ( with the exception of 2 above)

    6)  If the Centre cancels the rally all deposits/payments are refundable.
